Current advertising status
This starter build does not include live advertising scripts. Layout placeholders are reserved so ads can be added later without crowding navigation or confusing editorial content with sponsored placements.
Advertising-related cookie controls are present, and the default state keeps optional advertising off until a visitor opts in.
Google Ads and AdSense readiness
Public pages include privacy, cookie, terms, editorial, contact, and advertising policy content because monetized sites are generally expected to present clear ownership and policy information.
Before adding Google ads, the production site should also publish the final ads.txt record when a publisher ID is available, verify policy-safe ad placement, and complete platform-specific account review steps.
EEA, UK, and Switzerland note
For visitors in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland, Google's current consent rules for personalized advertising require the use of a Google-certified CMP in production. The custom consent UI in this starter build is useful for architecture and UX planning, but it is not a substitute for that production requirement.
Because advertising and privacy requirements can change, this site should be reviewed with current official platform documentation and qualified legal advice before monetization goes live.
